Welcome to the Room12 loyalty program
To reward our most loyal customers we have thought of a new simple and immediate approach to our loyalty program.
Now, based on the total purchases made in the last 12 months*, all our customers will be able to request a special discount: silver, gold and platinum.
Here are the three tiers:
Silver
if you have made purchases for a total amont above 500 Euro your discount will be 3%
Gold
if you have made purchases for a total amont above 1000 Euro your discount will be 5%
Platinum
if you have made purchases for a total amont above1500 Euro your discount will be 10%
The groups will be recalculated every 3 months, January 1st, April 1st, July 1st and September 1st. Please contact us by sending an email to info@room12.it to request your special discount
